To catch a bus to Pie de la Cuesta, head to the intersection of the Via Rápida and Costera just west of downtown Acapulco. From here, buses to Pie de la Cuesta depart frequently.

By Car: If you prefer to drive, head north from Acapulco along the coast towards Pie de la Cuesta. The drive is scenic and well-maintained, offering plenty of opportunities to take in the stunning coastal views along the way.

How to Get Back

Returning from Pie de la Cuesta can be a bit tricky, especially later in the evening. Taxis are often available around the entrance, but if you're feeling adventurous, you may even catch a ride in the back of a pickup truck with some of the locals. Buses also stop at the entrance, but their frequency decreases as the day turns to night. Plan ahead to ensure a smooth return.
