The Netzahualcóyotl open air theater in the International Center of Acapulco is an amphitheater will suited for theatrical works and musical performances. (The name is that of a monarch (1402-1472) of the City-State of Tetzcoc in pre-Columban Mexico, and means "hungry coyote".) The theater is located in the Convention Center, towards the rear, and between the two large enclosed venues (the main hall of the convention center and the Juan Ruiz de Alarcón Theater).
