Flor de Acapulco
Flor de Acapulco offers elegant Mexican dining on a brightly-decorated, open air balcony that looks out over the central square and the wharf of the harbor beyond. It is hard to find a better activity than sitting in the breeze with a margarita from their full bar, watching the day come to a close over the bay. The menu of Flor de Acapulco includes lighter fare, like tacos and queso fundido, and also a full range of hearty main dishes, including seafood platters, mole, steak a la tampiqueña, chilis rellenos, and much more. The Flor de Acapulco has been in operation on the Zócalo for generations, and it enjoys a large and faithful following of locals and returning tourists alike.
