Calandria

If you've been to Acapulco, you've seen these. They're called calandrias. In Acapulco they're know for holding up traffic and the little adds they sell on the back (like the buses which also hold up traffic). Maybe Real Acapulco should advertise. Lot's of Franco's Forza Italia ads... he's a big believer in the power of calandrias apparently.
