Ibiza Lounge

The Ibiza Lounge (right next door to Disco Beach and operated by the same owners) is a popular local hangout, especially for couples (gay and straight). It is a little bit more secluded than most of its neighbors in the Condesa. The lights are low, and there is a choice between the air-conditioned indoors with really comfortable couches, or outdoors in tents (with cushions) on the beach. The theme of this lounge is to recreate Spain’s famous Isle of Ibiza, known for its “anything goes” attitude. Conversation is often out of the question because the music -- mainly electronica (with some techno and house) can be loud and throbbing. But this is not a drawback for most of Ibiza Lounge's loyal following. During Spring Break, there is a “white party” every Saturday. If you are wearing white, you are treated to champagne as you enter. The party usually starts a little late, and goes on until it's so late, it's early! There’s no cover. Express line entry carries the right to hours and hours of open bar. Daily, 11:00 pm to 4:00 am.
