Canadian Cuisine
Like most large, continental countries that embrace several different ethnic cultures, the national cuisine is not of a single type, but very distinct. French Canadian cuisine from the Province of Quebec echoes its continental roots. On the coasts a great many wonderful seafood dishes can be found, particularly using salmon. On the great plains, the simple and tasty meat and potatoes cuisine of the cowboys and ranchers predominates. Many French Canadian recipes are available in Acapulco.
